Switching out the foods I have on hand for my family to snack on was HARD! We're still a work in progress in this area, but have come far. I'd love to help you tackle the goldfish, cookies and fruit snacks that find a way into all of our pantries. We all know they're not awesome options, but they are convenient and what our kids have grown to love. I have learned to read labels, find better alternatives and keep a good supply of healthy snack options for my growing hands to grab. I also have figured out what items to keep in stock to make week night dinners easier without having to spend hours meal planning & prepping.
